The files we need for PCB design & layout
- Schematics (.DSN and .SCH suffixes )
- DXF structure drawing (2D drawing in AutoCAD format, used to position the device and build board size)
- The component specification (the specification must be with the device size diagram for the establishment and physical one-to-one corresponding package

Design Process
Data provided by customers
Schematics (.DSN and .SCH suffixes ) or net list, DXF structure drawing, component specification , special requirements etc. Download PCB design template file
Review for layout, wiring
Execute according to design specification, design guide, customer’s design requirements and related check list. After the project is started, our engineers will execute schematic diagram DRC, structure collation and other electrical design requirements, and if there is a problem, they will feed back the EQ log to the customer immediately.
Customer confirmation for layout
Provide layout and structure files for customers to review the layout. Make the customer to confirm the layout rationality, stackup scheme, impedance scheme, structure, packaging, and wiring parameters.
Design data output
Including PCB source files, Gerber files, assembly files, stencil files, structure files, etc. After the PCB design is completed, our engineers will conduct mutual-inspection, including DFM inspection, QA inspection, EMC inspection, and after the customer’s confirmation, Gerber files and other production documents will be issued.
